For convenience, poster presenters will have the option to utilize a poster printing service. Posters will be available to be collected from the registration desk from Monday morning, 09 October 2023.

Posters will be printed in portrait format with size A0 (841 x 1189 mm / 33.1 x 46.8 inches) in colour and on 200 gsm photo satin stock.  The cost for each printed poster is ZAR 500.

Please take note of the following before sending your file since it will not be possible to make amendments once the order has been placed.

Files have be supplied by 02 October 2023. Files received after this date will incur a 50% surcharge.

Please ensure that the document has been thoroughly checked for spelling, grammatical, layout, design and/or colour mistakes before submitting the files.

The document has be supplied as a high resolution (300 dpi) PDF file and must be A0 in size.

All fonts have to be embedded (select embed fonts in distiller options) or converted to curves.

Colour palette – supply as a CMYK PDF, not RGB.

Please ensure that all images are also converted to CMYK.
